Film #tofacetransvoice wird im Kino im U gezeigt

Ich bin geflasht! Unser Film zum Projekt #tofacetransvoice wurde für das Dortmunder Kurzfilm-Festival der Partnerstädte am 26.4.26 ausgewählt. Darin beschreiben der Dichter Dalton Harrison und ich, wie es zu unserem gemeinsamen Kunst/Lyrik-Projekt kam. Der Film wurde im vergangenen Jahr in Leeds, UK von Dawn Kilner aufgenommen, die fantastische Arbeit geleistet hat.

Ich bin auch total gespannt, welche anderen Filme aus den Dortmunder Partnerstädten gezeigt werden. Start ist um 15.30 Uhr im Kino im Dortmunder U.

I’m blown away! Our film for the project #tofacetransvoice has been selected for the Dortmund Short Film Festival of Sister Cities on April 26, 2026. In it, the poet Dalton Harrison and I describe how our joint art/poetry project came about. The film was shot last year in Leeds, UK, by Dawn Kilner, who did a fantastic job.

I’m also really excited to see which other films from Dortmund’s partner cities will be shown. The screening starts at 3:30 PM at Kino im Dortmunder U.
