Alternatively, the registration fee may be converted into a voucher of the same value for the online shop at www.linnschiffmann.de/shop.
The participant acknowledges and agrees that their participation, name, and ranking may be published, both online and in printed materials.
Photographs and video recordings will be taken during the event and may be published on the internet or on social media platforms. By participating in this public event, the participant waives their right to their own image ("right of publicity").

SPECTATORS ARE WELCOME!
Puzzle Exchange:
The puzzle exchange is open to everyone and runs from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The total number of puzzle pieces exchanged should be approximately balanced; for example, bring 3,000 pieces and take 3,000 pieces. Puzzle pieces should be packed in plastic bags, and any missing pieces must be clearly indicated.

Linn Schiffmann offers various artworks (including art prints), books, and puzzles for purchase.
Coffee & Cake:
Haus Wenge Lanstrop e.V. offers beverages and cake.
RULES: SOLO
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the competition starts.
A maximum of 16 participants may take part. Four participant spots are reserved for residents of Dortmund. If these reserved spots have not been filled by 30 August 2026 (inclusive), any remaining spots will be released for general registration on 1 September 2026 at 12pm.
Each participant has a maximum of 120 minutes to complete a 500-piece puzzle.
The winner is the participant who completes the puzzle in the shortest amount of time.
If no participant finishes the puzzle, the winner will be the participant who has correctly placed the highest number of pieces within the allotted time. Only connected groups of at least three pieces will be counted.
Participants may keep their puzzles.
All puzzles are Linn Schiffmann ART puzzles.
Prizes (1st–3rd Place):
Each winner will receive a €15 voucher per person redeemable at Linn Schiffmann’s sales stand at Haus Wenge on September 19, 2026.
In the STANDARD CHALLENGE, all participants complete the same puzzle image.
PICK YOUR PUZZLE
In PICK YOUR PUZZLE, participants complete different puzzle images.
Before the competition, up to 12 different puzzle designs will be available. You can view the designs in advance at www.linnschiffmann.de/shop. Some designs will be available in greater quantities than others, so receiving your preferred puzzle cannot be guaranteed.
Participants will also have 5 minutes to view the available puzzle designs on-site.
Afterward, participants may choose a puzzle. Selection takes place in groups.
The order of the groups is determined by each participant’s most recent competition time for a 500-piece puzzle (either from an online or in-person competition). Participants with the slowest times will be allowed to choose their puzzles first.
(Times will be collected a few days before the event via Google Docs.)
